Shipping Policy

How orders from Glock Switches USA are processed, shipped and tracked.

Order Processing

Orders are reviewed and prepared for dispatch seven days a week. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (PST) are dispatched the same day; orders placed after the cutoff go out the next day. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been placed.

FFL Transfer

All firearms are shipped to a licensed FFL dealer of your choice. You complete the required background check and paperwork at the dealer before taking possession. If you need help locating an FFL, email [email protected] and we will assist.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes depend on the destination dealer and the shipping option selected at checkout. Estimated times are shown during checkout where available.

Live Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number is issued so you can follow its progress in real time on our Track Your Order page.

Delivery Areas & Restrictions

Firearms can only ship where local, state and federal law permits, and only to a licensed dealer. Serviceable areas and any restrictions are confirmed at checkout based on the destination you provide.

Delays & Issues

If your order is delayed or arrives with a problem, email [email protected] with your Order ID and we will help resolve it. Damaged or incorrect items may also be covered by our Refund & Returns policy.
